It has been scientifically proven with over 18,000 research notes and documentation that diseases and disease causing agents cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment. They only survive through a special kind of respiration called anaerobic respiration. This kind of respiration occurs in the absence of oxygen and uses fermentation and some form of sugar to support their life. In the case of cancer, when a healthy cell is not getting the required amount of oxygen necessary to support it's life, it turns cancerous as some microbes already living in the body could then comfortably move into such cell to continue it's life and reproduction activities. In the case of every other disease, our environment and lifestyle introduces these microbes into our body and because the immune system is so weak due to poor nutrition and other factors, the microbes survive and feed on the nutrients available to us. Now, if you take fruits and vegetables on a daily basis and in large quantities and you also drink a lot of water, you will naturally think you are safe. The truth is that the soil in which these fruits and vegetables are grown has been depleted of the required nutrients over the years. It is recorded that the soil of today is not as rich in nutrients as it used to 10yrs, 50yrs and 100yrs ago. Every year, the soil lose it's nutrients through several climatic conditions of which the most popular one is called leaching. If you did primary agriculture, you will still remember that you were taught by your teacher that this is a process of washing away of the soil nutrients by rain, either into the river or far underground beyond the reach of plant roots. Add that to the fact that most commercially grown fruits, vegetables and seeds are grown on fertilizer and high doses of insecticides which are all harmful to health. What about the fact that our environment which is naturally 20% oxygen has gone way below 10% in some major cities due to high level of industrial activities. Our Drinking Water is not even helping matters with it's high dose of chlorine and your favorite sachet and bottled waters are treated with quantities of chemicals. Little wonder there are so much diseases and premature death in the modern age.
