Good moning fellow naialanders.I had a discussion with a fiend yesterday and we were discussing how things are going in this country. Its bad enough that after service, one sits home till God intervenes and when one finally gets a job you discover that it is terrible.
How does a company filled with management made of human beings expect one person to work from 7:30am till 9pm. That is inhuman and you hear a lot of people are dying to take the job. It is common with private companies especially the ones that came from other countries. This is hard labour and the pay never justifies the long and rigorous hours of working. All these happen because we do not have labour laws in this country or more like not effective. We have a government who doesn't care about the people and because of the high level of poverty and unemployment, Nigerians with suffering and smiling attitude take up the jobs. Why not let's stand up now and say no to hard labour. It is good to work hard and be efficient with duty bt when one woks for 12 straight hours, that's inhuman. We are humans and not machines.

Its not their fault, but the fault of some graduates who finishes their alawee without minding this factor. Save up, and after NYSC, find something tangible to do. Then u can start applying cool it is called EED (entrepreneurship)
