Responsibilities:

The Maintenance officer's duties and responsibilities include the following:
* Accountability for the proactive and preventative maintenance of the company's requirements and capital expenditure
* Effectively managing maintenance department employees in order that they may maximize their potential and effectiveness
* Setting and controlling the budget
* Ordering equipment and supplies
* Liaising with suppliers and contractors
* Negotiating prices for supplies and equipment
* Supervising external contractors
* Responsible for the health and safety of employees
* Facilitating project maintenance with particular reference to renovations

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum of OND in a related field
* At least 1 year experience
* Must be computer literate
* Applicants must be skilled in the areas of electrical appliances, plumbing, vehicle maintenance
* Applicants should have good organizational skills
* Applicant must be staying in Ibadan
