Hello Nairalanders, I intend setting up a distributorship business of a new product by an FMCG coy in the market. This is my first time and I need info on the things required to make the business effective. Pls i would welcome all useful advice.

@fejiro. Thanks for your response. The product is Prime beef seasoning by CFBL. What does it take to start up an effective distributorship of the product and possible challenges in the biz say for example the south east region.
