Hope came the way of state agitators over the weekend as the Senate President, David Mark, declared that there is still a window to address their demands on state creation despite of the seemingly closure of the issue in the ongoing constitution amendment process. Mark, according to a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Paul Mumeh, gave the assurance to his constituents while granting audience to a delegation of Idoma National Forum (INF), where he told them not to be disillusioned by the turn of events over their request for creation of Apa state from Benue State as there is still a window to address the issue.
