Buyer signs and return spa, if ok with confirmation; 4. Buyer gives BCL to seller in respect of the qnty he wants; 5. Seller/Ppmc confirms the BCL and issues the qnty, frm the Bulk to the buyer in his name, this takes 72 hrs. 6. Payment is made by buyer afterwards.
