never heard Chelsea made a 2nd & 3rd bid...That Torres said he wants 2 fight for his place doesn't mean that Mourinho has faith in a player that has struggled 2 find form after 2 1/2 years of joining Chelsea. Infact he's likely 2 be chelsea's third choice striker this season behind lukaku & Ba in the pecking order. Mou's desire is to have Rooney 2 lead d line for his team next season & that's why he claimed Rooney is Chelsea's sole target for the rest of d window..Chelsea can consider selling Torres if Rooney arrives bt they're under no obligation 2 since they're nt a cash strapped club..besides they'l have 4 strikers if Rooney came; man city and man u have 4 already
