After beating AC Milan 5-3 in an entertaining semi-final, which saw all eight goals scored in a frantic first half, Manuel Pellegrini's side take on the hosts and European champions in the final, Pep Guardiola's Bayern Munich.

Bayern were as efficient as ever in seeing off Brazilian side Sao Paulo 2-0 in their semi-final on Wednesday and will provide City with a stern test in the latest of their pre-season fixtures.
