We've done best nollywood and bollywood movie but no one seems to remember Chinese movies no matter the jokes about Chinese movies ,hate them or not there is no doubts Chinese movies were an integral part of growing up in Nigeria in the early nineties what is your best Chinese movie and unforgettable moments.
For me it's shaolin soccer that part where there free kick made the goalie loose his clothes

I just watched Kung fu hustle this morning it's one movie you can never get tired of especially the part where the landlady threw her husband from the window

The sorcerer and the white snake is a bomb. Rewatched it lyk 5 times. I love the final battle btw Jet Li and the 2 sisters.

lol the thing is I have seen well documented martial art prowess supervised with scientific gadgets and to a lesser extent they do posses(as a result of intense body and mind training) extraordinary feats of speed,endurance and power..I have seen a documented program of a shaolin practicioner punching a crash-test dummy with a force equivalent to a car crashing into a wall at 35km/hr!.I have also seen a modern day samurai drawing his katana,and cutting through a rubber pellet shot at him from a distance of 70ft.it was monitored by a high speed camera.he did this in tenths of a second,a feat which requires amazing hand-eye coordination and razor sharp reflexes..but for the flying around and fireball shooting? Forbidden Kingdom's not really a Chinese movie. Its more hollywood than Chinese cinema.
Btw, Kung Fu Hustle was something else. Remember the part the gangsters were arguing in the car and the landlord and lady just appeared, the l8r events were hilarious.

Red Cliff or Chi-bi as it's know in China, is the most
expensive Chinese film ever.

My favourite scene. In it, the bad soldiers are lured into this maze called tortoise formation, where they
are methodically massacred by the underdogs. Amazing
cinematography.

Haven't seen that many, but so far, Iron Monkey, House of Flying Daggers, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Drunken Master, Red Cliff, and Hard Boiled. I also liked Once Upon a Time in China 1 and 2.
