1) i always get an error message each time i open a web page i.e runtime error!

2) i cannot access my task manager
each time i press ctrl+ alt+del a message come up that task manager has been disabled by your administrator

3) i cannot run msconfig, etc on run command

pls help

You are obviously NOT logged in as an "Administrator". Is this your own PC or company owned?

Seems more like a virus attack to me smiley [Internet Explorer Errors]
A complete scan with an updated vdef db would get rid of the virus,
but little changes would have been made!

The attached files will enable registry editing which may also be disabled and the Task Manager!
Msconfig outsourced from another XP installation is also attached,
Extract and have it stored at "%windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries"

Yeah it would enable the registry but the virus wud still b lurkin somwhere even though u make updates n complete scan. we nid a tiait anti vir!

u need to to get a brontok vb script to clean ur system cos u have a virus when i get it i will attach for u soon
