As we journey through mortality
Oblivious of what awaits in eternity
Often times scared of reality
Many attimes we trade our personality
Mainly because of tendency towards partiality

We realise that this life is full of bigotry
Which even deceives the bird on the tree
We have eyes but not all can see
Life in its totality is scary and we just want to flee

Some get paid and some get made
With everyone striving for a shade
Who would be left to call a spade a spade
When the truth starts to fade
