"In a classic example of the saying "everyday for the thief, one day for the owner", a traffic policeman, Christopher Omeleze, was caught on camera negotiating a bribe right in front of a police station in Lagos state. According to the policeman, he is not "alone" and was seen calling a certain "Wasiu" to tell "Oga"(at the top?) to book the vehicle, as the victim who was obviously arrested on his way to the airport wasn't ready to play along.
