there are so many reasons bt the major reason is because n3 is running on android version 2.3.5 while m3 is version 4.2.2,version 4.2.2 consumes more battery

No it won't work on the L3. Get a Tecno T1 instead or better still just manage nokia asha for the time being. Thank me later
