As a nairalander, I would like to share my experience as regards the free BRT services being offered by Lagos state government during festive periods. It is always 'hell' for passenger on these supposed free ride days because few busses ( like 5, Lol) ply through their designated route for example V/I - Mile 12 while passenger were left stranded on the mercy of commercial drivers, who now uses the advantages to charge exorbitant fare up to 200% higher than normal. They should stop giving us free ride because it makes worst for commuters on those days!
