Help, My phone keeps saying network not registered when I try to make phone call or browse. But it recognises the sim card

Have you tried the sim on other phones?

Post the picture of the the phone lets see including display.

Dunno hw to post image. I remove my etisalt sim dat was workin on it b4, wanted to put an mtn sim. It was wen I put d mtn sim it started dis, wen I put d etisalat sim back, it stil says network nt registered even though it recognises the sim card.

Its says network not registerd mainly when there is no network on the phone go to settings....moblie network then network mode.....make sure its both on wcdma and gsm not wcdma only....then restart the fone...hopefull it shld work now

Change the network settings to gsm only just to troubleshoot and select network automatically. Tell us what happens after.

Bro, I jzt did exactly wat u said, it would first say network registered,bt wen I try to make a phone call it says not registered on network.

For us to help you narrow the problem down you will have to answer these quetions:

Have you tried the sim in other phones?
Is your sim registered?
Is your Galaxy Note 2 branded? That is, does it have names such as T-mobile, At&t, Orange, etc

1.Like I said earlier, d etisalat sim was workin on the phone b4, then I tried puttin my mtn sim, dat was wen it started. I dnt av any other phone here dat uses micro sim.
2.No they r nt registered
3.Itz an unbranded phone.

Get registered sims first. Make sure you troubleshoot the phone properly before drawing any conclusions

jst make sure ur sim is registered nd restart ur phone dats all
