Our Client is a privately held Corporation run by a group of Nigerian Professionals, with substantial Nigerian and International experiences in Oil and Gas Exploitation needs a candidate to fill the vacant post. Responsibilities: · Oversee and Manage the HMO Profile and Clientele · Develop Human resource processes for the Practice in line with the vision and set goals. · Implement policies on working conditions, compensation and performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management. · Determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reports in consultation with the Medical Director · Recruitment – assist in developing job descriptions , preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates · Employee relations and conflict management · Administering payroll and maintaining employee records; · Interpreting and advising on employment law · Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures · Overseeing inductions for new staff · Fostering a productive work environment amongst members of staff · Management of staff meetings and other internal communications · Ensure all staff and Doctors are kept informed of policy changes · Assist in developing business strategies and proposals in line with expansion objectives · Assist in developing Practice protocols and procedures · Evaluate suggestions and feedback of Patients/Clients · Health & Safety compliance in conjunction with Physicians · Education, Qualifications and Experience · Essential: Proven experience of people management and/or working within a medical practice and conversant with technology Qualifications and Requirements: Good understanding of the HR policies and processes Contact with the authorities Understanding of company's business Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Admin, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field with 2 years below minimum experience in a structured organization. Negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent interpersonal and people skills Good customer service orientation Ability to manage and prioritize time Good problem solving and decision making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High standard of attention to detail Good Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
