Our Client:
Tafoo Nigeria Ltd is an online retail service that enables individuals to shop through our platform, meet new interesting people and for merchants to reach those individuals who visit our site.
We originally started in
August 2009 as a messaging platform for connecting individuals with celebrities, and have evolved quickly to meet the needs of the Nigerian internet user.

Tafoo Nigeria Ltd, seeking to employ suitably qualified individual to fill this position;

Vacancy – Admin Manager.
Location: Lagos, NG

Responsibilities:
Applicable knowledge of the principles of office management including organization, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, procurement, stock keeping, and duplicating.
Independently perform varied administrative duties related to functional area.
Liaise with government agencies, task officers etc.
Responsible for all external administrative matters of the company.
Maintain an effective document and filling management system.
Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Prepare presentations, letters, memos, contracts, reports, and charts using MS Office applications.
Supervise the performance of all Administrative staff.
Conduct, arrange and supervise all operational services for the Company.
Handle highly confidential information discretely.
Manage calendars, coordinate travel and prepare expense reports.
Make meeting arrangements and coordinate changes in meeting schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of a good first degree in any business related field.
4-6 years’ cognate experience in administration. Experience in similar background will be an advantage.
Good analytic and logical skills
Strong Computer skills will be of high advantage.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to develop key administrative strategies location wise.
Mature, Result oriented, entrepreneurial and cost-conscious.
Excellent skills in organization, coordination, supervision and time management.
Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
Must be a team player and must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
