A lot of us have suffered from depression one way or the other and a lot of people have died from depression. Depression can be caused from stress, inferiority complex, mental illness, pressure for peer groups, heartbreak, bullying etc. Depression often lead to suicide. This might sound funny to some people or they feel its only "white pple" dat suffer from such illness. Some have bin lucky to find a way to deal with depression but some died b4 dey could find help. Depression is also the major cause of weight gain cause society see fat pple differently and this can cause over eating. Now If there is any way we can solve this depression "illness" pls share your views cause you don't know who is suffering for it
For me I have come up with only two ways: if you are suffering from depression surround yourself with ur love ones(family,best friend etc) or you can visit a doctor to help out with medication
