Pls, can someone tell me d dfc btw modern civilization and our present christainity. I think we are simply just lazy coz though d world as changed a great deal but yet,God hasn't and will never change neither has his words,u need to see some pastors distorting d word. Comparatively if islam where to be modern christainity we wld av probably found some anology to exterminate ablution. What a demonic infested world and Age we are in.We av totally forgotten dat even christ told us dat the road to heaven is very slim while dat of hell is so broad, and expanding everyday. We are all missing the point st. Paul was making in : 1corth 11vs3 ;....the head of every man is Christ,the head of woman is man,and the head of Christ is God. So in 1corth 11vs5 ; But every woman who prays or prophesying with her head uncovered dishonors her head (GOD)...... So when a woman prays without covering her head its a sign of disrespect to The Most High. Ask yourself is proper for a woman to pray to Jehovah with her head uncovered? |

Ok,read with an open and neutral mind,if you can. 1 Corinthians 11:3- But I would have you know,that the HEAD of every man is CHRIST;and the HEAD of the woman is the man;and the head of CHRIST is GOD. So note that the HEAD of the woman is the man. Ok. 1Corinthians 11:5- But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head(physical head) UNCOVERED dishonoreth her HEAD(which is her husband/spiritual head). So what is the COVERING for the woman's hair? Headtie or her Hair? Go to 1 Corinthians 11:15- But if a woman have a long hair,it is a glory to her:for her HAIR is given her for a COVERING. Did you read that? Her HAIR is given to her as a COVERING,not a headtie! Therefore,its clear as day from the Infallible Word of GOD,that a woman's HAIR is her veil/COVERING. So,if a woman barbs/trims her hair but wears headtie,she is WRONG because she is dishonouring both her spiritual head(her husband or in the case of singles,CHRIST) and her physical head. |

Aside the biblical implication of not covering your head, i thinks DISTRACTION is another good reason women should cover their hair. Women r so easily decieved/attracted by the things they see. A hair gist could start in the church yl sermon is going on. PERSONALLY: If u dnt cover your head yl in church for few hrs/mins, as respect to God, you r so wrong! |

It's very unrighteous of ladiez to leave there hair uncovered, not only in the auze of God or when praying, but everytime. Only in their private apartment that they can open it. Could u pls tell me The reason y d mother of Jesus (mary) dd cover her hair.? Same is applicable to all ladiez if u truly believe in jesus. |

Ur subconscious is controlled by what u believe is right or wrong. If for instance u were brought up in scotland as a man, u will not find anytn wrong in wearing skirt. If u must keep the law at all, u must keep ALL the laws. U can't choose the one u want and leave out another. If Jesus died to set us free from one aspect of the Law, then He also died to set us free from all aspects of the Law. How is God glorified wen ur hair is covered? Wen he made eve, did he make a covering for her hair? Some of u dat are shouting cover ur hair, etc, ur churches branch abroad, the women don't cover their hair. This is a matter of misunderstanding of English language not spiritual misunderstanding. Nigerians want to feel religious! They want to feel that they have a path to play in the role of salvation! @JesusisLord85 If you really think Jesus will send delusion to you when you seek His face in intimate fellowship with Him, then it is possible you don't know Him. You may know Him and may well be saved but you don't really know Him. There are so many people that are bound by this notion and hence shy away from an intimate and deep relationship with the Holy Spirit because of fear of being deluded. If you look at that Scripture, it talks about those that have rejected the truth (Jesus) and have committed to a life of unrighteousness (rejection of the Gospel). Bro, the God I serve, Jesus Christ is not like that. He can never send delusion to you when you call on His name. His love and the price He paid is greater than this mindset. He will not even do it to His rebellious Child let alone someone that seeks a deeper relationship with Him. I wish you know what I am talking about !! |

Dats an emergency situation wia u dnt av anytin tO cOver ur hair befOre prayin..d case Of adam and eve was in d Old testament,,d law about covering ur hair was afta d story of adam and eve,,do u knOw dat God deals with our heart,if u av d opurtunity of coverin ur hair and u dnt,den dats ur problem d... bible say cOver ur hair simple and short,why not obey Gods wOrds and stOp askin we human being about it ..y dOnt u gO and ask GOd cos we aint d One dat made dat law.. unclenna: I don't know what you call prayer oh. Pls note, I wasn't trying to put you down but the point is that there is a line neither God's punishment nor satan's wickedness will cross because of the Blood of Jesus and sending delusion when u call on Jesus is one of them. The scripture is against those that have on a protracted basis rejected the Gospe and Jesus as the Son of God. Then God will allow them to be deluded into idol worship and worship of demons. For the sake of Christ and the Price He paid, there are scriptures we have to think twice before quoting! Thanks |
