I wrote this poem to a female friend of mine. Her name is Catherine.
It is titled:YOUNG AGAIN


YOUNG AGAIN

Dear Catherine, how are you--
I write you this poem with our future in view--

How is Clarette, and nelson too--
Do we still talk bout the future like we use to--

Mum & Dad, have I made them proud--
Or is it so bad, that my name brings a teary cloud--

You know family was always first--
like Kim is to kanye west--

So are we still are?
KATARINA PETROVA, how far?


Did our dreams of being a fashion designer come to fruition?
Miss CATHERINE LOUBOUTIN--

What about the man of our dreams,
Our soul mate--
You know we liked our men, handsome, trim & ornate--

I bet he starches his shirt hard as lintel--
With his strong sinewy arms like that of zeus himself--

Remember all that glitters may not end swell--
No worries, am sure you chose well--

CATH TOPAZ--
Sweet like chocolate bars--

In the darkest times, you still glowed like a candle--
In good times you shone like vinyl marble--

I imagine the little Catherines grow--
I am sure they blush like their mother and have her Topaz glow--

Am so glad to write you this poem--
May it be well with you, from your toes to your helm--

I have so many questions, yes i am tentative--
I silently pray non are answered in the negative--

But if they are & dreams turn to tar--

Do not wail--
Go to God he never fails--

When eyes are weary & bones are vile
You will read this poem & smile

And Wilted flowers will bloom, time will go back--
And you will be young again, ENIREHTAC.
