Its like some pple don't kno d difference btw cost of living and actual spending per day, I coiuld go a whole day without spending a dime, cos my car has been previously fueled, I may have loaded my fone for d week, and I may havr eaten from home before going to work or take food to work, from dis analysis someone may not spend a day doesn't mean dat person earns less than a dollar or how do u pple say it again?.
