I have I have just finished a house in Ibadan. It took just 8 months in total. My experiences are still fresh. Everything  imaginable happened in the last eight months. An example, i started by sending money in Oct 2007 and found my self to be doing the actual buying of all materials required in March 2008 till June 2008. Since i stepped in March 2008, i have saved myself over 2million naira. Trust me, Nigerian contractors are money VAMPIRES. I live in UK. Please feel free to contact me for a free advice. my man i know the ibadan terrain very well and experience has shown that it pays to buy a house than sell. all the labour and time wastage is eliminated and there is no need for any contractor stealing away your money.

i have an offer at akobo estate, a duplex and four flats (one biulding) for 20m asking.

i know this is cheap considering the location and the cost of building such structure in ibadan. also the wahala of building the house is eliminated.

and why cant you give your so called "great" advice on here instead of trying to get people to email you?

Guys I know what you mean. Our nigerian people consume money so much, not considering the owner's investments. They lie lie and lie. They use thier initiative to create problems for the investors for the sake of what they want in their pocket.
