Over a month ago I asked you to substantiate your claim of C of O you dismissed me tersely by saying it didn't stop others building there.

That some build on land without relevant documents doesn't mean that everyone does that.

My point is that we all need to be humble enough to answer simple questions, especially after claiming that something is available.

Also your response to questions is read by other potentially interested people here.

Thanks brother! l have a project going on right now but because of money palava it's getting slow day by day but to round it up before the year runs out,l have to let this dried presious land go knowing fullywell banks hardly grants loan these days..you are dame right for the price it's selling right now..thanks.
