Guys, Let's take a different approach to this whole job thing. Instead of scouring for jobs, can we create a thread where job seekers advertise their skills and what they can offer and organisations looking to recruit quickly? For example - I can drive, use microsoft excel, quick learner. Hopefully employers looking this thread for talent get a chance to see what people have to offer, without having to go through the usual create a job > advertise> screen adverts> interview etc. On the plus side, job seekers can get called up for interviews straight away. 2 Likes |
