They were circled by crowds of revellers who cheered and screamed as they danced. A video of the policemen on YouTube under the name "Notting Hill Carnival 2013 Police Dance Off", posted by MOOF Bulleh, had attracted more than 100,000 views by Monday night. The identity of the officers is not known. A Met Police spokesman declined to comment. |
