That is definitely a problem that can't be ignored, it is enough to get you refused and even subject you to further discredibility

Really it happened, i was thinking of making affidavit and write a letter along so to notify the visa officer, i have actually been to the local government about this but the woman that signed it is no more there, i don't want to make any alteration because i have already made some publication in the news paper and also submitted the certificate in many places, what can i do , your suggestion and advise counts real good here, thanks all.
