I'm interested in renting a standard 1 room apt preferably in the Lekki area, or maybe Surulere, Yaba or Maryland areas. My budget is 100k per annum. I'd prefer a new or fairly new apartment in good condition, decent neighbourhood with basic amenities plus parking space. Would be nice if it's a BQ/behind a main building.
