Good day guys,my mtn bis got exhausted before the normal expiry date which is due on the 21st of september. i will like ro re-subscribe,buh i got a message i cant until the said 21st..pls guys,how do i deacctivate the subscription and renew....i need my bis back,pls help    ^_^ |

Call them to deactivate u then re-subscribe again. |

Try sending CANCEL to 21600 |

If you have exceeded your fair usage, simply subscribe for a new BB package on top of the existing one. If you are in doubt, load N100 and send bbcday to 21600 and you will be able to browse for one day. Hope this helps. |
