I came back from church today and was relaxing while this question came to mind,is there any difference between war and battle? From my own perspective, I think definitely there is and I would like to share it, positive contributions are welcomed.A battle is a combat between two or more armed forces. It is more commonly a physical alternation between two or more armies. War is more of a strategic altercation between two or more entities, such as countries, nations etc. Battles are between soldiers while war is between countries or nations. Battles can be won or lost but it does not determine the end of a war. Battles are for a short time while war is lengthy
