the environment there is cool.
there will always be customers coming.
shop rent varies FROM SHOP OWNERS TO SHOP OWNERS.
THE LIGHT HAS NEVER BE CONSTANT, UNLESS IN PLACE LIKE OLD GRA(E.G ISIOKPO STREET)

I reside in PH, and believe me it's not a good destination if u have just 300k, dat won't even be enof for ur shop rent, some landlords collect 40k per month or even more, and they collect one year and six months, some even collect 2yrs, so do the Maths. Unless u will rent a very small shop which cost 10k per month x 12= 220k, ur money is almost gone.. U can go to owerri, it's anode good place..

the minimum u can get a shop rent is N10k per month, unless you want to attach with some one or stay in a batcher..

on a second thought, i just remembered there is a place in PH called garrison, its the computer village of Port Harcourt. You can meet a shop owner who sells computers and plead to attatch with him to give you a little corner for ur computer repairs business, u can be paying him 5k per month, offer to pay him 3months upfront, den set up ur table and ur good to go. you dont need to hassle for customers as people troop in dere on daily basis on computer related matters, u can even start selling laptops.. gudluck
