NOMINATIONS, SHIPMENT & PROCEDURES
1 . Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including banking coordinates. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable which should be lodged with their respective banks.
2. Buyer returns Signed ATB format which must include the email of Buyer’s Account Officer.
3. In acknowledgment of the Contract and as an Indemnity, Seller writes and deposits N10m confirmable Corporate Cheque (hard copy) in favour of the Buyer with Buyers Account Officer. This Cheque is cashable if after 72 hours of receiving Signed SPA by Seller, a Marine ATB and Clearance is not given by Seller.
4. Buyer within 24hours of his bank officer receiving and confirming Sellers Cheque, also writes and deposits N10m Managers Cheque (hard copy) with Sellers Account Officer either in Sellers bank branch in Ilorin or a designated Lagos Branch officer at Akowonjo, Lagos. Instruction on cheque should state: “This cheque is cashable after Confirmation Report of product is sent by Captain/Supercargo and is confirmed by account officers of the parties, OR if after Buyer receives ATB/CLEARANCE and Buyer could not get his surveyors to board the loaded vessel within 72 hours.” SELLER MAKES AVAILABLE THE GUNBOAT FOR BOARDING IN NIGERIA AND PAYS FOR IT WHEN SURVEYORS ARE READY.
5. Seller releases ATB and Clearance to Buyers Supercargo and Inspectors. The ATB and Clearance will also be sent to the emails of both Sellers and Buyers Account Officers. Buyer shall make his men to board within 36 hours while Seller shall be responsible for hiring of Gunboat or chopper (not Tugboat).
7. If, however, Buyers want to do Q and Q in Cotonou, they must place instrument on full cargo after confirmation in Nigeria or pay N60m cash for logistics or N40m cash for Ghana waters or give a BG of $250,000.
8. Q&Q Report is sent to both Buyer and Seller and their banks and Payment effected within 48 hours.
9. Seller provides information about tanker owner to buyer to facilitate the conclusion of Charter Agreement with Buyer. Buyer concludes charter agreement.
10. Appropriate cargo documents are made in buyer’s name.
11. Payment is effected by SWIFT transfer within 48 hours of the terms of the Bank Guarantee being met, to seller and ALL intermediaries.

12. Buyer’s vessel is granted clearance to depart from point of anchor immediately after payment of fee.

SERIOUS BLCO BUYER NEEDED.

Currently a loaded 2mbbls BLCO is ready for take over for any interested & capable buyer and the procedure is quite simple.

Procedure - TTO
1. Buyer & seller sign off SPA and deposit with respective banks which becomes legally binding.
2. Seller releases pop and other related docs for buyer's review & confirmation and gives a 20M naira performance bond in buyer's favour.
3. Buyer, equallly raises a coporate cheque in of same value of 20M and send scan copy to seller.
3. SELLER, thereafter furnishes buyer/final offtaker with marine ATB & CLEARANCE to enable buyer board vessel and confirms cargo.
4. Buyer's agent boards and confirms cargo while logistics BG DROPS, LOADED. VESSEL is then moved to agreed location with Nigeria
waters for Q and Q.
5. BUYER conducts Q and Q, after a successfull Q and Q BUYER PLACE FULL CARGO INSTRUMENT for ENTIRE CARGO.
THIS IN THE SUMMARY OF WHAT THE PROCEDURE WILL ENTAIL FOR THE 2M.
PRICE IS - (N84 LESS 4.) N1.50. To \Seller's side and N1.50 To Buyer's side respectively.
