Pls what can i do to solve the problem, I wanted to reload the system due to the error i get when i wanted to install Microsoft office on it. But i have been getting this error message when the system has loaded the first part of the installation about loading the second.

Blue Screen Of Death!

Check the RAM of the computer. You can remove one of the RAM and try the installation. or get another RAM.
