Nothing strange here. First saw somethinhg like this about 15 years ago. I have seen a rainbow round a sun and also round a moon. This is not END TIME TINZ please

That said, why does it occur in the first place?

There is more to it that scientic explaination... otherwise... we should have seen more occurrence of this like the normal rainbow.

This picture looks like a staged shot. A lens flare can be made to appear on camera by very good camera positioning. As far as I'm concerned this is not special.

What strange about that, i have seen several rainbows of such.
It just one of those beautiful signs to know that God truely exist, and is a creative and all powerful God.
