1. Hyperbranched polyurethane water dispersion has good performance in coating applications.
Waterborne coatings uses water as the medium, thereby resources is rich, price is cheap, easy to get and non-combustible. Polyurethane waterborne coatings have good water dispersibility, stability, film-forming, adhesion, gloss and solvent resistance performance etc. Adding hyperbranched polymer has the following advantages: (1) low viscosity, some end groups used for curing, shorten the curing time and increase the crosslinking density of the cured film and the film properties; (2) the particle diameter of the water dispersion is about 100nm, and the hyperbranched polyurethane shows good dispersibility and stability in water; (3) The resin has excellent physical and film-forming property , impact resistance achieve maximum 50cm, also choose the right formula varnish according to different drying ways. Hyperbranched polyesters can be widely used in coatings, either as direct additives, curing agent or as coating substrate, have shown superior performance compared with conventional additives . Introduction of about 1% of hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester , PU physical and mechanical properties improved significantly. The tensile strength of polyester PU increased 18.2 times compared to PU without hyperbranched polyester; hyperbranched polyester with modified double bonds in the UV-curable coatings has outstanding performance. Such as coatings of flexible material, it shows excellent resistance to oxygen permeability, making oxygen permeability of the PET and PP increased by 2.3 times and 15 times, in addition, adhesion is good on the PET and PP packaging substrate , has broad application prospects. Dendrimers in the field of crude oil demulsification and viscosity has excellent application. Using divergent to synthesize polyamide-amine dendrimer with ethylenediamine core, especially assessed demulsification performance of PAMAM for the O/W type simulated oil emulsion, and also performance on heavy oil viscosity reduction. The results showed that whole generation PAMAM have good demulsification effect, where 3.0-generation PAMAM at 45 ℃, dosage of 100mg / L, breaking time 60min, the demulsification rate was 80%. Half-generation PAMAM had certain viscosity reducing effect, at 70 ℃, dosage of 0.6%, viscosity reduction time 60min, the viscosity reduction rate was 28.2%. 4. Applicatioin of dendrimer-based multi-block complex depressurizing and stimulation agent for ultra-low permeability oilfield.
Currently used chemical depressurizing and stimulation methods including: conventional acidifying, retarder acidifying, surfactant injection, shrink swelling agent injection, thermochemical technologies injection system.
