to build a forum or a social networking can I do it with html and css please your advice |

Do you mean whether you can do it with ONLY with html and css? Then NO you CANNOT. Do you mean whether html and css will be involved? Then YES, you CANNOT avoid them. In order to build a forum or social media network website, a server-side programming language and a database MUST be involved. |

For you to build a social networking site, you must be familiar with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and then HTML and CSS. Its not too late to start learning. You don't need to go University to learn this. You can learn this on your own if you have time. Just make Google your friend. |
