Site is a very fast developing area because of the presence of FUNAAB new and permanent site which is about 2miles away from location of land(You know wot dat means for a land located 5mins drive away from a federal university)..Land is still a virgin land and i can assure you wunt have any problem..Papers available are Lawyers agreement,Survey plan...Land is not within govt aquisition area..For price and negotiations contact Mr Paul on 08166070590 |
