Been wondering & pondering if tis actually safe soaking garri at nite b4 goin 2 bed.
Are there any health risk or hazards associated wit it especially d followin mornin? Or is jez word of mouf dat ones eyesight iz been sacrificed on d frequent intake of G4?
Am presently on a big bowl of garri garnished wit roasted peanuts due 2 d fact dat I couldn't get any other alternative food 2 eat at dis point in time (excuses ).

Would I meet my eyes intact & in good condition d next mornin & nat missin?
