Na jetbook abi notebook you wan buy? Even though you wanna buy a laptop with good spec its gonna probably be old fairly used low spec laptop. no sir it hasn't been increased. Tick swap activ and let the process run till your ram has been expanded. Once the RAM is expanded the mb will be increased in the TOTAL BAR BELOW.

are you sure it doesn't accept it,this is the first time I'm hearing this. Try taking it to an mtn office first. Be4 you do factory settings,make sure you back up all your files and apps. After doing factory settings,you can download framaroot to root your phone again.
