Please is dis issue of 3G network being slow true abt techno P5, I don't mean it being slow cos of network issues because that is inevitable. I really want to buy that phone today and my major concern is browsing and download speed cos am a heavy internet user and battery life.

i don't know about others but if u r using airtel,it's slow generally no matter ur phone,buh when i tried mtn omo na super blazing,very fast just as my m3

Thanks a million for your reviews, 95% of your reviews shows that p5 is a phone to behold, however I noticed there is arguement concerning the network ability i.e 3G.

My question is, does the phone have option of setting the network on 3G, Dual Mode and Edge? If yes my question has been answered, if no, as in only 3G, what happens to the network when one is in a place that is not covered by 3G, does it mean that the network signal in your phone will disappear?

you can change to whatever network you want except 4G and even with both sim

.guys should get their fact straight....p5 network is good jst like any oda tecno android phones,the real SHIIIIT network is zain,even on H+its slow in ma place but when i get to work it becomes blazing hot,it depends on d location u r staying not P5's fault....ZAIN is real SHIIIIT,am jst managing dem cos of their usable BIS on non BB device.

Charge before use.

Switch the phone off, allow to charge till it's full. leave the charger connected for about 20mins extra after the phone shows that the battery is full.

thank God u all have been cleared about the network issues so no problems...the speed of ur phone depends on ur network and if slow, it ain't the problem of the phone.

Upon purchase, Use until phone switches off before charging.. repeat this process the first 3 days.. then you can charge anytime you like from thence.. But it's advisable to charge only when it's low

That's What's written in the manual... That's how I did my p3.. the battery is strong

Use it before charging.. it's in the manual.. the battery charge is 50%. Use until it's switched off before charging fully. Repeat process three to four days
