i faced similiar problem as you..... it can be very frustrating

I'll list the steps i took to get it working(unlocked)

1. install the apk and copy the file to /andriod/Obb folder

2. open the game, just to make sure it will open

3. go to play store and search for FIFA 2014(of course you must be connected)

4. there you will see 2 buttons(open and uninstall) - Choose open

5. go to the play tab and select tournament

6. you'll see the price needed to unlock the game(that means it is connected to the server). DON'T choose this!!!!!!

7. choose 'check for existing purchase'

8. Vola!!! 'You have already purchased this game

Your FIFA 2014 has now been unlocked, you can disconnect from the internet(if you want)

I hope this helps, i know how frustrating it is to have the game but be unable to play it except penalties

if your play store is not opening, use rom toolbox pro or root explorer go to browse root / etc. Look for 'hosts, open it and add # to the first numbers there. It should be something like this #74.125.93.113
android.clients.google.com

SAVE IT and Reboot.

Then open FIFA from play store and try again

Your play store is not opening? What error is it showing? You sure you don't have any firewall installed?

Use rom toolbox pro, select rb editor and add # to the 1st numbers there. It doesn't have to be the same as one i wrote. hope your phone is rooted

go to page 24/25 and look for phoenix instructions.. That solved my playstore problem

u guys shld dwnload dis game.... Rili lyk fifa evn tho fifa has the upper hand. Buh the best tin abt dis game is the fact dat the obb file is just 80mb. Its Awesome. U cn also get it at andropalace.net.
