You will all recall that Geo-Fluids Limited, a company operating in the Oil and Gas Services sub-sector of the Nigerian economy on May 21, 2008 sought to raise N12 billion when it opened a private placement (PP). In raising the N12 billion, Geo-Fluids offered to investors by way of placement 2.4 billion ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N5.00 per share. Oceanic Bank packaged and acted as one of the issuers to the private placement exercise of the company.

However, ever since then we have been hearing of listing today and listing tomorrow.
They even promised given out dividend nothing up to date.

The million questions now are:

1. Will GEOFLUID ever going to be listed?
2. What can investors do to get back their investment?

Please does anyone have information on GEOFLUID. I invested a lot of money in that PP that now looks like a SCAM. Please help!

I think GEOFLUIDS PP is a scam. They knew what they were doing from beginning. I remember how their MD then cajoled innocent Nigerians to invest in their company when they knew they were not going to be listed. Same story of we are going to list but 8 years down the line nothing to show for it.

Victims of this scam should expose this company.
