Explain what you mean by 2 flats.. in terms of the rooms e.g 2 Nos of 3 Bed Room Flat.

In order to give you an exact quotation, I will have to come down there for inspection.
As you can see my price for the fence as a fellow nairalander commented was too much despite being a rough estimate without inspection of the project.

If you are still looking for a bricklayer to lay the blocks, I can refer you to one that lives around Ikorodu. He did setting of the blocks for my house in Owode Onirin. I paid him and his labor N5000 per 80 pcs of blocks. If you do the maths, your N1000 pcs of blocks will cost you N62,000 roughly. Let me know if you Need his contact. Also, for plastering a 3 bedroom flat all ensuite (measuring 10.5 x 13 sqm), I paid him N150,000. They did an excellent job. I promised him more business because of his reasonable charge and excellent delivery.
