Principal Accountabilities:
1. Operational/Technical/Professional Results:
Providing administrative support to the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Co-ordinating the SR pitch process with the aim of achieving good value for money
Skilful negotiation of agreement with the suppliers
Cost/Budget managemen
Follow up with stakeholders on invitation, with the aim of achieving good turnout.
Ensure that stakeholder management events are well organized and deliver on stated objectives
Maintaining up to date stakeholder data base

Leadership Results
Ability to present and explain vision, strategy, clear goals in compelling manner and engage people in it

Management Results:
Reduce complexity and develop clear and simple plan for effective running of the social reporting process with the aim of creating high level of control through clearly defined means
Develop an-in house general frame work for implementation of the Social Reporting process
Mobilising resources effectively and efficiently in coordinating dialogue sessions:

Liaising with the SRC (Social Reporting Committee) Members on reporting process
Coordinating/preparing BATN delegates for the Dialogue sessions (i.e. D1 & D2)
Categorising expectations according to the core beliefs and finally putting this in the e-response tool
Assist the CSR manager in preparing responses to stakeholders’ expectations with clearly defined measures (indicators, target, cost/budget)
Assist the CSR manager in CSR governance
Assist CSR Manager in stakeholder management and reputation building activities
Assist CSR manager in all relevant CSR related issues e.g. the checklist and the coordination and management of CSR committee meetings

Connect with people, demonstrates a passion for face to face communication, listen actively and act upon concerns/suggestions of others
Act as a point of contact between Stakeholders and the organisation
Work closely with the local verifier on verification of GRI and other CSI activities in accordance with the AA1000
Assist the CSR manager in liaising with independent verify and the facilitator (meeting before each dialogue session with view to continuous improvement to enhance credibility)
Assist the CSR manger in liaising with the to ensure all committed social and other related CSR activities are duly carried out.
