If he is a nairalander, I advise you go through his profile to know when he registered his NL account and how many posts he has. If he has just one post, u better flee before u get scammed. Also, when meeting him do so in a public place eg an eatery. Arm yourself with prior knowledge about the phone and do a proper check before u pay (www.gsmarena.com) is your friend.
