Hy bro...I dont mean to sound rude buh if you are collecting a year's rent, why is the agency and agreement charged for 2 yrs? Pls enlighten me on that issue... Its not just fair paying half of a year's rent for some charges thats somhow absurd... I will be awaiting your response...I actually need the miniflat @ fagba |

That's the standard on the mainland because the rentage is minimal compared to Island. However, on the island the agency and commission is usually one year. |
