Anambra Under Mbadinju, Ngige And Peter Obi On Educational Sector Lets Discuss by jagabanare(m): 4:49pm On Sep 28, 2013
Fact- Under Mbadinuju, the state's University,
ANSU was a glorified secondary school, the
school lacked infrastructure, lecturers and did
not have several of its courses accredited. Yet
the students were forced to pay through their
noses, fees then were at eighty thousand Naira,
the highest then. With the coming of the Ngige
administration. He quickly put up structures,
befitting for academic learning, 23 courses
received accreditation and the Senator moved by
compassion reduced the fees from eighty
thousand to thirty thousand as well as paid
bursaries to indigent students. All in 2 years and
9 months. Compare this with the ruinous Obi
administration which has stayed for almost eight
years, school fees, maliciously jacked up to
130,000.00 because he said that Anambra State
Students did not vote for him in the 2010
elections. The school has suffered from
infrastructural development because the Obi
administration has refused to consider tertiary
education as strategic. Finally over 20 courses
are set to lose their accreditation leaving
students there frustrated and with lost hopes.
Ndi Anambra Ibem, with these facts and figures,
who would you rather vote. Peter Obi's stooge for
continued destruction of the education sector or
Senator Chris Nwabueze Ngige, a man who
values education and who sees it as a right and
not a privilege. Vote Wisely! Vote Ngige!!
