Google has launched a new project tagged Constitute (https://www.constituteproject.org/#/) to help countries read and compare constitutions and help them to write, rewrite or review their constitution. You can browse countries and even search constitutions based on topics. For instance, you can search for a particular topic like Immunity and see the countries that have it in their constitution and be able to read it in full.

I think this is a good one.

This is a nice innovation. This is Googlr giving back to the world.

Saw this on Fareed Zakaria show today, it would be good for Political Scientists.

Also good for parliaments and law-making , but I fear it would only help the lazy ones the most.

I will soon be browsing countries and even search constitutions based on: presidential pardon for looters, amnesty for criminals, court order for indefinite stay of prosecution in favour of former governors, court injunction restraining EFCC from prosecuting corrupt politicians, plea bargaining for economic saboteurs etc

Another 'good' thing about this new program, is that looters, money launderers and notorious public criminals will be able to browse for the best countries whose laws would be lenient and favourable on they azzes when the chips are down and they badly need a place to disappear and hide away with their 'hard-earned' loot
