I read on this day where they classified Governors on the basis of Above Average,Average and below average as follows http://www.thisdayonline.com/TDSCORES.pdf I think I prefer Fashola of Lagos state ,Peter Obi of Anambra State et al for their selfless and "noiseless" achievement What is your opinion? |
