Wow.... At first, I thought i was dreaming but now ehn na real ooh...
I returned home from school september 15th and noticed that In ma street in Benin City, Igbesamwan to be precise light is always on at least twenty three (23) hours a day. Though i pressed we were going to regret it the following week but it remained the same even during the heavy down pour on a day (we had light for 23hrs and 50mins) ....
from 31st sept till now(dem just take am and e nor reach 3mins dem bring em back_just to break ma record) light has been on (no deems, no fluctuate!
So tell me, how is the light condition in ur area?
