Another plane crash was averted this morning in Sokoko when a Saudi bound Kabo Air plane carrying 400 passengers from Kano made an emergency landing at the Sir Abubakar III international Airport when its tyres exploded immediately after take off.The Boeing 747 jumbo jet, left Kano on Friday en route Saudi Arabia but had to divert to Sokoto when the incident happened. Sources learnt that all the passengers aboard the airline had been successfully evacuated from the plane and lodged in a hotel in the state.
